I want to thank Mr.Yehia for his stunning service attitude as he did create an unforgettable moment to me as he carried my luggage to the room since the bell captain was busy and he did afraid from being delayed in send my luggage to the room.

Great room especially that I received a free upgrade to the VIP room where I had my own Espresso maker. Espresso pods were provided every day. That made my stay very pleasant. Staff were professional and helpful.

Loved the place and experience but had some difficulty in the access of cars when using uber due to no near exit from the main road and in addition to that the lemo service was kinda expensive with a charge of 70 SR per distinction

Real movenepick accommodation!
I will highly recommend this hotel for ally type of trip . I forgot my mobile in the room meanwhile I found it by the room service after check out . I never ever found team work like family

Please check the issues that can be improved under the final review sections.

Issuue that can be impoved, those were general issues that happened with me an another 5 colleagues
- TV system should be improved, it always resets.
- Room has a high level of humidity, (maybe an issue with AC)
- Rooms air is not refreshed properly, (maybe an issue with AC)
- A lot of rooms does not have a proper day light, just one small window on an internal lobby
