Please Mr. MIYAGI if you do try want to serve an all you can eat/drink brunch/drunch menu dont do it. First of all the food was terrible, they put alot of sugar in all the meals, everything tastes like dessert. A rude waiter who talks back at clients. It was sooo difficult to get our drink refills we literally had to beg for refills the entire night. And they charge 250 dirhams per person for this aweful experience. Oh dear we had to get back home to cook coz of how hungry we were. Terrible just terrible. Please never go here.

Used to enjoy that place me and my friends but recently it’s not like before, i tried to call for booking they never answer the phone , so i went there by my self and the bouncer is really rude he don’t even know how to talk to the guest he said you can’t enter without booking I explained to him that i tried to call many times but nobody answer, i told him we are regular guest and he was like you can go to BBQ (another place), i said i want to talk to the manager he said I’m the responsible here by the end we left and we was waiting for the elevator and we saw him letting other people enter without booking, i guess you need to put someone who know at least how to talk in a gentle way not send the guest to another place!

I went there few weeks back to celebrate festivities with some friends. Nice environment, average food, but we had good time, service was quick, we had good time. music is loud, they do some shows with dancers. as I said, ideal to go with a group of friends for a day or night out.

Five of us ate here, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was fine and the staff very friendly. Disappointed with the green curry but on the whole worth a visit.

Had a team party on 28th Nov night and everyone had fund. However only after second day when everyone gathered again, we realize the bill was presented incorrectly which some of our guys had settled their bill upon departure, but same amount was presented into the final bill in the end again especially when all of us are little bit drunk.
For a nice bar inside a five star hotel, this is not acceptable!!!
When doing the daily shift closure, for sure the Micros system or the cashier will tell the difference and discrepancy but even though we have booked the appointment and number left, no one bothered to call us to correct their mistake and give us refund.....
This is an integrity issue and we suspect it is due to everyone was drunk and how come some people paid but again same bill shown and let us pay...
We need an answer for this from the restaurant GM to explain us what happened!!!
We need our refund asap and a proper apology for this very unacceptable mistake!!!
