The hotel is a 3 star facility. Very good rate for Jumeirah location. Manage your expectations if you are going to stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel provided a shuttle to Kite beach because Jumeirah Beach (1) was under construction.

Its more than terrible.nothing good about this hotel long night music is on under your rooms. Impossible to take sound sleep.rooms are dirty and dusty.size of the rooms are small and old fashion.adequate light is not in rooms and best thing is every day they cant change the linen bedsheets or etc except bathroom three towels.bedsheets also dirty and feel as not washable. Not getting taxi easily and taxi drivers unknown the place.except hotel self restaurant no any restaurant and hotel near by and they cant deliver food in the room in morning time.they check the number of persons in the room and if you are more than two and you should order only one plate so they did cumplusion to you come down and take breackfast.foos is worst except omlet.they are many more bad experience with this hotel.we cant stay their more than 2 night.all places distance is more from this hotel.just simply saying avoid it.

Room Tip: simply avoid all rooms,

Despite the friendly staff and decent location, I won't be going back to this hotel any time soon. The hotel was extremely outdated (felt more like a bed and breakfast from thr eighties). Despite rooms being spacious, the nights sleep was far from comfortable. The bed was rock hard but worst of all was the creepy noise you could hear at night from elsewhere in the building. Was kept up all night by the sound of an unclosed door moving back and forth most likely by the wind. The shower was also just as disappointing. A leak in the shower meant water would spill over to the floor each time you turned the shower on.

The iron and ironing board provided looked like a fire hazard waiting to happen. The iorn had no heat control and was literally one of the oldest devices I've ever seen in my life.

Finally, and this is not the hotel's fault but the nearest beach is closed for two years due to a project to build a canal. Therefore the hotel isn't really much of a beach resort. There is a swimming pool but it did not look clean (bits in the pool) and wasn't helped by the fact that it was right next to the kitchen of a restaurant next door.

The only positives I would give this hotel are the friendly staff and despite the closed beach, the location was good. Jumeirah beach road is really cool to walk down. You have a number of cafes and restaurants and it feels more like a city than a lot of the other parts of Dubai.

NOTHING good about this hotel compensates for the nightclub below, with loud rhythmic drumming and singing until 3 am. The volume was turned up at midnight! So NO SLEEP! The Beach is not visible from ground floor, and is closed while a rock wall is built. Heavy machinery. Hotel is a bit tired, and in a residential district - no other beach shops, etc. Clearly not getting many guests at moment. Mattresses stacked in stairwell. Small hotel room - so meant to be used for sleeping only - which was impossible! Good breakfast - disgruntled guests. BE WARNED!
Can't recommend it.

Room Tip: If you must stay here, and want to sleep, AVOID the front rooms with the beach view (through a small window). Choose elsewhere to go unless you intend to go the Hotels nightclub with live Ghazal music.
