We have just come back from a ten day stay there and I would say that the Fairmont Palm is an absolutely fabulous hotel., it is truly EXCELLENT. The service level is outstanding. The restaurants on site, are excellent, food selection at the buffet is great with many options and a different menu daily. The Reception and Concierge team were fantastic and truly were at your service, nothing is too much and they made you feel truly special. The guys at Seagrill, Rupali, Marvin and all the other guys, thank you for a great service and fantastic food . Life guards and pool service team were excellent, Sahan, Jay, Vidrua and Sandruri to mention a few, you made our stay very enjoyable, thank you. A special thank you to Philip, you were great and the fish fingers were a great touch!! WELL DONE Guys and see you next year. EnshAllah.

Mr . Mrs Timmins Harpenden , Herts . We have now stayed at this hotel for the last three years and thought that our stay couldn't be any better than our last two years there as they were brilliant , how wrong was we from checking in on arrival to departing our experience was even better . We stayed on the fairmont gold floor for the third year and the greeting from the staff was great it was like we had never been away from there almost like seeing your own family members lovely people . All of the staff on that floor are a credit to themselves and to the hotel far too many to mention and to point one or two out wouldn't be fair too the rest, nothing was a problem to any of them and all duties done with a smile on there faces and manners second too none . We stayed for thirteen nights on a half board package of which we Ate at the flow restaurant I must say that the first year this had slight problems and sat year it improved but this year they had it spot on , the head chef Kyle from Canada was brilliant and the food superb again he was there to make sure all was ok as in explaining any dishes you weren't sure about and also making you some meals of the cuff if you fancied something different we had a lovely pumpkin soap of which he prepared for us and also one night my wife fancied a dish that wasn't on show and he cooked her it a top man he has definitely got the food right this year . We also had three meals at the sea grill restaurant of which were like five star london resturants standard lovely the steaks were unbelievable , in all the food all over the hotel was exceptional . The pool staff and life guards were once again a credit to themselves in the way they greeted you each and every morning with smiles on there faces and polite mannerisms a credit to Phil the recreation manager of which they all class as there father or grandfather a caring man with a big heart , over the last three years we have bonded with two of the life guards Pjrsanna and Lak lovely genuine men always smiling and happy . Last of all I would like to mention a man called Francis from Uganda who worked on the gold floor last year as a cocktail maker , barman waiter but over last year had bettered himself to now work on concierge what a nice genuine hard working man he is a credit to himself my wife and I had various chats with him about his country and his family of which were very heart breaking and at times very moving today the least but his goals in life were unbelievable , if some of the young men in our country Had the same goals as him our country would be a better place what a guy lovely person nothing was ever a problem for him either . Also a mention to Simone now head of housekeeping , but used to be on the gold lounge floor , thanks for your help . Overall what a hotel a must to sty at if you want a stress free reading break with great , great staff .heres to next year !!

As soon as you enter the grand hotel lobby you're welcomed with a beautiful scent & such hospitable staff. Loved the interior design & art work throughout the hotel.
The guest rooms are beautiful and spacious (635, direct sea view), spectacular beach with such clean white sand. Pool areas are amazing, with kids areas & activities too. Great gym.
The breakfast & lunch buffets were yummy, with the best ice cream corner ever! The meeting rooms & meeting services were excellent. Snacks served at the coffee breaks were also great.
Don't miss out on the spa services & the ladies hair salon, all on site & very reasonably priced.
Such a relaxing & invigorating hotel. Had a wonderful experience overall, will definitely be back here with my family.

I am so delighted that you have experienced and enjoyed all of our outlets. The lobby scent is a mixture of Vanilla and Vetyver (Indian grassroots) and indeed, it is a very refreshing one. All our Fairmont The Palm team loves ice cream and I am glad this can be easily seen in our guests' perspective as well. It is a very refreshing way to pass by the hot summer days in Dubai. This hotel is a great place to stay when visting Dubai. The shuttle service is great but would be better if more frequent. Breakfast at Flow is brilliant and Ramesh Thiru made our dining experiences memorable. He is truly an asset to this hotel.
Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic experience...had never visited Dubai before but the welcome and standards in this hotel was absolutely AMAZING, the food was tops with 3 restaurants to choose from. We went half board which was a good thing to do and more relaxing. We shall definately
be returning to Fairmont The Palm Dubai... the location was also great and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a special one, Thank you..
