This hotel is located in a touristic area. there are so many places to visit close by.
The staff was amazing especially the Phero Cafe staff. I have special needs child and I processed his food with their help. They were very compassionate and understanding
and provided all the help they can. Thanks so much for making my stay and caring for my son a little easier. I will see you next time I visit Dubai. Keep up the good work :)

This hotel is exactly as described on the website. It is in a great location if you want to stay near the old town and the souks. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. After accidentally leaving some belongings at the hotel at checkout the Chief Concierge Abdul was especially helpful in helping us have them delivered to us. Highly recommend

This Hotel is in the old town, away from high rise buildings and just seemed to give more all the time. Room was good, staff were excellent and food was excellent and value for money. There was even entertainment in the evenings. The only downfall was that we were in the VIP lounge for breakfast and it was not good. Insist you eat in the Pharoh Restaurant

Stay here if you want to visit the souks in Bur Dubai and Diera (5 min walk to abra dock),visit the interesting Dubai Museum (bang opposite the hotel), take an RTA cruise to Dubai Marina, bus to Abu Dhabi from Al Guibaiba station (10 min walk), ride the metro from the Al Fahidi metro station (10 min walk), sample some amazing kebab's at Al Ustad Special Kebab or emirati dishes at the charming Arabian Tea House or the tons of Indian restaurants in the area.

The family suite has a living room with bed, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and a huge bedroom with a king size bed. Hospitality was very good.

Morning breakfast spread was what you would expect at a mid-range hotel; nothing fancy but had good enough options to serve different palates. The breakfast place does get a bit busy in the morning. Add to that the nuisance of some folks jumping the line and heading straight to the tables. Please wait to be seated by the hotel purser. Hope the readers take note.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with views of the Dubai creek.

Great hotel with restaurant nearby - fisherman’s hub is lovely. Fantastic staff and great food next door. Try it out - very nice and very near Dubai museum exit - just across the road. Try the salt and pepper prawns - delicious. Beers cold and happy hour too x
