Well located close to all attractions, and as activities. The quality of staff, services and food is second to none in Dubai. Facing Burj Khalifa and dancing fountain, as well as, few steps from Dubai Opera makes planning for your day and night activities. Would like to thank the reception staff Siykal (from Kazakhstan), Nino and Naita (from Georgia) and of course the lovely housekeeping staff, and the Arabic Coffee server Deva (from Sri Lanka)... best coffee ever..

Breakfast is great with very large variety from international dishes.

Always the best.

The perfect hotel for us!
Understated elegance, we truly felt we were in a palace.
Perfect location by the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, fountains and Souk Al Bahar. The service and Care given to guests is wonderful. Need to mention Jamal, he met us on arrival with a delicious drink and advised us daily on activities. Also the warm welcome and personalized attention given by Christian... thank you so much.
Would definitely return to The Palace. Thank you for making our visit to Dubai memorable.

Adjacent to the great mall which has a large aquarium, and also overlooking the man made lake with a spectacular dancing water display at night with music. Spacious diplomatic room and great breakfast at the Ewaan Restaurant. Close to Burj Khalifa which is nicely lit at night.

As a first time guest my experience was awful from the second we checked in. The hotel actually gave us a room that smelled like vomit that we actually left the room in a second. When we informed them of the smell which they actually knew about they transferred us to another room where we passed by the buffet and smelled horrible. Our in and out of the room meant passing by that area which again we requested a different room. The attitude of the staff was extremely unprofessional until we met with the night manager where he offered to immediately transfer us to better rooms. Although i felt even in the rooms we were transferred to were dirty I learned to cope with it for the sake of my friends. Our experience the second day was even worse whereby my friends watch was stolen from the room. Instead of investigating immediately of the situation and keep us posted within the hour they actually waited till the following day to investigate with the employee that entered the room and contact the director of security due to our questioning of the situation. When the director met with us he had the nerve to tell my friend "why haven't you contacted the police" when she was informed the day before not to contact the police since they were investigating the matter. Due to our frustration and us mentioning that we would contact the police they agreed to compensate us ONE night of our stay.

How could a 5 star hotel treat their customers with such an attitude and unprofessionalism? How could a 5 star hotel handle and deal with a situation of belongings being stolen in such a careless way? How could a 5 star hotel offer such a stinky room to their guests without checking it (FYI - the room got blocked the entire time we were there due to our complaint)? How could a 5 star hotel give you room keys without escorting you to your room? How could a 5 star hotel not have the basic essentials in the room such us shower gels?

I'm a regular in The Address hotel and shocked that The Palace is part of it since the treatment differs 180 degrees. I couldn't nor will I ever recommend the hotel to any of my family and friends.
