This park is full of a great variety of plants and trees. It is very well maintained and free to enter. There is a lot of room to feel like you are truly away from the city crowd. There were toys for the kids to play on.

Unfortunatelly, We could not visit. It closed. A short stroll in the gardens ...In the entrance, a metal band... with classical musics... interesting.

Vina Del Mar is a bustling city. A lot of people go to the beach for relaxation but a good alternative is Quinta Vergara. The park is kept immaculate by the staff and has beautifully manicured flowers and trees. The trees are labeled to show you their species. The paths through the park are flat and easy to maneuver. There are playground and exercise equipment areas scattered around. Most of the visitors I see there are young people. Chileans mostly live with their families until they get married so the park is a good place for them to go to get to know each other better. If you are uncomfortable seeing a lot of pda, this may not be the place to go. The park is close to several schools and colleges.

It is best to take public transportation to the park. Parking places are limited but a major bus stop is located outside the main gate to the park.

Is a nice place, in cool summer damp and in times of cold very humid ice with a light trekking, you have 30 minutes of a lap between border trees and an estuary that surrounds the place. Exquisite to get away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of the turbulent Viña del Mar. The house was in remodeling, if possible access to the fifth vergara and appreciate the most important stage of music in the Spanish-speaking world. A host of famous artists from around the world have been to this place. Today the concert is broadcast by TNT online and covered by CNN. Good to enjoy the views.

This is a really nice and relaxed park in the middle of the city. There are lots of trees and flowers species, labeled and protected, so you can learn a lot if you want to. Inside you can find the Palacio de Bellas Artes, where art classes are dictated, even for children. It's also home of the Anfiteatro where the Festival Internacional de la Cancion de Viña del Mar takes place once a year, and several concerts the rest of the year. In Potrerillos area you can find the Artequin museum, and in january every year it hosts the Feria Internacional de Artesania. It's a really nice place to clear your mind or just hangout with your family or friends.
