I booked my room through a third party booking and when I arrived they took a card to “charge for incidentals”. They said they would place a hold on the account and it would drop off later. I asked the next morning when I checked out about the 118.89 charge that was placed on my account. The response was “it will drop off”. I said it looked like it was a night’s charge not an incidental charge. I literally stayed there for less than 12 hours and left the room as clean as when I came in AND had paid for the room via hotels.com and had paid $140 for the night. The people at the front desk acted like they didn’t care or didn’t know what they were doing. The charge NEVER came off so I ended up paying close to $260 for ONE night! I disputed the charges and they won’t back down. Don’t stay here. They don’t know what they are doing and they don’t care about screwing people over.

The place wasn’t bad overall. It was clean, affordable and the employees were nice and helpful. However, the pool room was uncomfortably hot like a sauna and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. We sat outside the pool room and watched our kids through the glass from the hallway because it was shard to breathe it was so warm in the room.
