Filthy unsafe and management 3 weeks later compromised my bank card for $221.00 fraud alert from my credit union . RAMADA INN ALPENA MI was attached to this alert ..be Aware. LAURA KOLLIEN : RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EXTREMELY GOOD AT LYING check your accounts closely if you decide to stay at this facility.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!

Our hotel is renovated with new features. Regarding the charges to your credit card, our hotel does not charge a card weeks later. To better address your concerns, we would need you to call the hotel directly. We do not have a name associated with this review to begin an investigation. We meticulously keep records and logs of the phone calls and concerns that the guests raise. There is no record of your claim. To address your concerns and to alleviate any concerns of false and fake accusations please call the hotel. Making accusations against members of our staff without validation of identity and record of your stay does not validate your case.

Scrap food and other food stuff all over counter area. Food was cold and ran out of stuff . Filthy. Tables were never wiped down and staff stood around and talked more than they even did any work. We had to go to breakfast elsewhere due to the grossly managed bar they offered.

Excellent location for traveling with family!
Updated room decor, comfortable beds and pleasant rooms. Amenities are second to none. Beautiful pool, sauna, hot tub area surrounded by seating areas, two video arcades, small mini golf, pool table and indoor play area for kids. On site is the Sneakers bar and grill. Trevor is a wonderful human that serves as bartender and waiter. Excellent hospitality there and at front desk check in.

It was clean and comfortable. The Internet was pretty much non existent. I only had 3 bars on my my phone but I got better service using my data than their wifi.Breakfast was as expected. They did have real eggs instead of powered. The staff was friendly.

Young lady at check in was less then polite and seemed put off by having to he there. Beds were hard making for a very uncomfortable night. Breakfast was a complete joke. Microwavable sandwiches and waffles that's about it. Only stay here as a last resort like we did, otherwise go elsewhere.
