Everyone there is nice, very friendly; the place was as advertised. Rooms were new-ish, updated, no frills, hardwood floors, comfortable bed. Coffee, hot water, microwave in breakfast room off lobby - none of these amenities in rooms. Breakfast foods: instant oatmeal, yogurt, juice, fruits. I was only in first floor rooms; didn't see upstairs rooms. Porch like area out front with chairs, tables and porch swings. Two outdoor grills available to guests. Couple restaurants, grocery store, and a nice coffee shop close by, within a couple blocks.

Two suggestions: They need to install the standard hotel door extra security locks (looks like the doors once had them); also, hardwood floors seem to be allowing some of their finish to get on bare feet - but floor was not sticky or tacky; not sure if a good mopping would cure this or not. We wiped feet with towels before getting in bed; didn't do the towels any good.

Super clean very nice hotel.very friendly.breakfast could be better if I had any complains that would be the one but I'm still good with the fresh fruit yogurt and bagles...its super clean very nice place to stay.will stay here again like every time I come to au gres...best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time..its great would rate 10 stars if possible...
