The location was in the center of town allowing for easy walking to the key sights. The main square is just 4 blocks away.
The hotel is small with attention to detail, the breakfast buffet did not leave any with open, the staff very attentive and ready to fulfill your wishes.

I arrived at 4:00 am and walked out of the terminal to find my ride waiting for me. My room was clean and modern. Close to the plaza and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast included was plenty to start the day. Everyone I came into contact to were friendly and helpful. This would be my top pick for hotels in Santa Cruz.
The first visit to Santa Cruz was more than 20 years ago as a backpacker going to La Paz. This time it was for business. Without knowing how the city grew, the choice of a hotel was one of the key issues.
Looking for options, I found the Cosmopolitano; very close to the city center, small and with very good reviews.
Despite the name boutique, the hotel is not sophisticated at all. The decoration is very simple but with good taste. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the breakfast service is very good.
In summary a very good place to stay.

Best hotel in town. Very friendly. Excellent and healthy breakfast. Calm and centrally located. Clean and modern designed big rooms. Small refreshing pool. Good cable TV. Highly recommended. Love to come back.
