Marriott is fairly new hotel with great location to restaurants and the shopping.
Rooms are large and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good gym and pool. And the best thing is that the hotel restaurant serves delicious food.

Santa Cruz is a very interesting city, and Hotel offer has grown substantially over the years, but I must say this Hotel has found its place in the city, very modern but yet with the warmer treat from its staff, definitely makes it a great choice in town

For the last year I stayed at a hotel in the Bonvoy program for work so lately I’ve been trying to build up the points. This was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Check in was awesome. When I called to ask about rates I was given better rates than online. I was also immediately attended by a person rather than a machine with options to chose from on the phone:
The breakfast was A+, and open till 11.
I got a solid workout at the gym, which had good cardio equipment and weights as well as enough space to cross train.
Parking was FREE which is a plus. Overall just great. Comment your questions because I can’t say enough good things

Second time back at this Marriott and they are simply the best overall in service, quality, comfort and cleanliness. Front desk, room service, bedding and cleanliness are excellent. I stayed about a week and look forward to my return. The Exec Lounge is also really nice to visit - quiet and services for food and beverage are wonderful!

Location is convenient for financial district.
Lobby has a modern and open feel.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The pool was beautiful and the gym facilities were very good. Popular spot and rightfully so. Impressive.
Breakfast was tasty and fantastic value
