Staff is friendly and helpful.

Our spacious room was nicely furnished & decorated, with desk & chair, large TV, airco, open wardrobe with fridge & safe, comfy-chair, and a good queen-size bed. We had a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and spacious shower. The window opens and has a mosquito screen. All was very clean.

The buffet breakfast is modest: pastries & cakes, bread & toast, ham & cheese, scrambled eggs, butter & marmalade, fruit & juice, tea & coffee. We found Hotel Chairu comfortable & pleasant, and we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 short stays here in between wildlife watching tours. This is a comfortable, clean hotel in a nice neighbourhood close to Av San Martin. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and air con. The satff were friendly and very helpful. A good buffet breakfast was served each morning. Communal areas were light and airy and as with everywhere else, immaculately clean.

Very good hotel, in nice neigbourhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the center (40 minutes). Nice, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast with nice selection of fresh fruits and different fresh juices. Staff at the reception was very helpful, professional and friendly, especially Francisco.
Only downside was noise from the entrance and hallway during the night because lot of guests comes during the night as flights are scheduled that way.
