They need another word for beautiful, perfect, wonderful stay.

Bolivia was a land of mystery, and what better place to do that than in this beautiful majestic hotel. The staff is so kind and considerate - my Spanish is not that great, but most of the staff speaks English, and the ones that don't are patient, understanding and helpful no matter the language. The concierge gives great recommendations for food or for fun; the porters are amazingly helpful and kind, always just trying to help. Even the rooms, which I will get into more detail about, are kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping staff. Once we got checked in, by the helpful and friendly staff, we got a chance to see the hotel in all it's glory. From the ground floor you get to see the palm trees and the pools and the beautiful grounds, but only from the spacious and thoughtfully decorated rooms do you get to see the actual breathtaking view of the hotel. We stayed for over a week, and the view did not get old ever. The last night there we still found the lights and palm trees and the waterfalls to be just as stunning as that first walk in to the room. The room itself was huge! Even small touches like lights above the closet were thoughtful. The kitchen was just perfect for what we needed, and the bed could have fit a soccer team! The pillows were wonderfully fluffy and comfy, and the bathtub was big enough to soak an elephant. If I had one complaint, and this isn't a complaint, this is mere preference, I found the bed to be a bit hard for my tastes, and the blanket on the bed to be a bit thin. Certainly not a concern at all, my sleep was perfect, just a preference. We had breakfast more than not the entire week we were there, and the omelets were delicious! The cereal was perfect, and the tea was perfect every single cuppa. I think my favorite part was the juices that changed every day -- today orange, tomorrow watermelon, the next day papaya. We were lucky enough to be there over New Year's Eve, and the meal they had for the party was worth the price; they had such amazing decorations for the new year!! Everything was delicious and really fair priced.I travel a lot, and really this place was so perfect. I cannot express how wonderful this place was, so perfectly placed in the city as well with walking distance to everything we needed. I look forward to see how Santa Cruz grows and we certainly will be making a return trip.

Nice Hotel and well located. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities are nice with pool, sauna and restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good place to stay if you are staying in Santa Cruz.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We were visiting family and it is well located for our needs. The staff is great and the suites are large. It is an older hotel so not a 5 star by American standards. Some repairs were happening while we were there but it did not bother us.

Unfortunlly someone suggested to our company this hotel, claiming as we were going to be a long time in Santacruz, it is an aparthotel and we were going to be more comfortable, and it is very well located.
sadlly we left our hotel and we moved to, our first impression was good the building from the outside looks nice, the reception was well. the worst surprise was in the indoor and in the rooms. at this moment I realized that only one of the five stars remains. unfortunlly a missfortunate experience.
This hotel is very run down and is in need of a major renovation.

The beds are tremendously old and totally uncomfortable.
The bathroom deteriorated as every thing in this hotel and humid on the ceiling, the faucets did not work properly.
The furniture is very old and dirty, the carpet in the sole can not stand any more dirt.
The curtains was transparent and deteriorated, and the only blackout that exists reaches the middle of the window
The noise issue seems to be normal in Bolivia,

it could be outdated but must be maintained

They offer a wifii but rarely connection exist

the only thing we can apreciate in this hotel is the staff, they are friendly and helpful and always willing to help.

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2015. I wanted a quiet place to relax and this hotel did the trick. The room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C functional. There is a pleasant pool and outdoor area to relax in. Slightly dilapidated perhaps, but that added to its charm. It was perfect for a short stay in a hot city. I experienced no inconveniences. It is in a great location...actually I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Although it is very well located, this hotel is very run down and is in need of a major renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants are not very good. If you want breakfast or coffee, there is a great place across the street called "Vainilla". Definitely not 5 star (nor 4 for that matter!).

Room tip: Ask for a renovated room --but not sure that they have any
