We stayed 4 nights in an apartment with a terrace in this great hotel and thought it was one of the most comfortable stays we have had during our long trip in South America. The place was super clean and spacious, we had separate bedroom and a large living area with kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The view from the terrace was great.
The staff working there was more than helpful, they met all our requests very quickly and had a great service-minded attitude which only added to the feeling of comfort we have had there.
The hotel is located close to some nice restaurants and quite near - shopping centers. It is not in the city center so one probably would need a taxi there. The area feels very safe.

My family of 3 checked into a 2 BR for 3 nights. Some friends of ours needed to hang around until midnight for their flight. The staff was so accommodating! They even handled the luggage for our over-packed amigos.

Self-service laundry on-site at no extra cost was a big plus for us.

Very secure, with staff always on hand at the front desk.

Our unit was spotless and spacious. Great A/C and wi-fi, which I am using to write this review.

Well, I wouldn't say that these apartments feel like home unless you have sterile there, but they do the trick. Clean, quite large and everything in place you might need. Located in a good neighborhood with many restaurants. Friendly staff.
