I stayed for four nights and was given a Suite facing the 8 lane street. As the Windows are quite thin, and the traffic hardly stopps, it was not possible for me to sleep without ear plugs. Probably the rooms in the back are a bit better. Apart from that was was according the a 3 star Hotel. Clean, nice bed, speedy wifi, breakfast good.
All in all I would stay again and try a room in the back.
It was loud around the hotel as there is a party place next to it and the music stops around 4-5 in the morning. So as the hotel is not in the center and the staff is nice but don't speak English, I would suggest to try another hotel.Room are clean but not really modern. The breakfast is included and was good, nice dining room and free wifi.
I stayed here for one night as part of a group of 24.
The location is good, along a main road, close to both the local (a few minutes away) and the international (half hour away) airports.
My dinner of grilled steak and french fries was very tasty. The juices were pretty good. The breakfast was OK.
The staff and the front desk, the porter, and the restaurant staff were all friendly.
The room was comfortable and clean. So were the towels, sheets, pillows, etc. There were plenty of television channels, and wi-fi was available (though the code provided in the room was not correct - we had to ask for the right code).
The only two drawbacks:
It's a busy area, noisy outside, and the single-pane windows don't keep any sounds out.
I stayed during a cold spell, and the heater/air conditioner unit did not work to provide any heat (it only made air conditioning). A staff member came to the room to try to make it work, but could not. I asked my friends in four other rooms and found that to be the case in all four of those rooms. I don't know if there was heat in any other rooms. There was only a thin blanket on each bed, and the front desk said they did not have any extra blankets. Many of us slept with our jackets on, or were uncomfortably cold all night.
Very friendly staff, new/clean room with good wifi and ac but not a big fan of its location. Very few restaurants and bars are around expect two supermarkets. Expect a 10/15 min taxi ride to the action!
Good location on the 2nd Anillo ("Ring"), just blocks from two supermarkets, the CineCenter and Trompillo Airport. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It is, however, located on the 2nd Anillo, and the traffic noise can be overwhelming. The rooms do not seem to be sound-proofed. (The location shown on the web is wrong; the hotel is located further to the left on the 2nd Anillo.)

La ubicacion que aparece del hotel no ha sido manipulada fe ninguns msnera, creo que es la que sale por defecto en google maps. de todas maneras voy a intentar averiguar como se puede mejorar este tema para que no tengamos de ningun cliente extranjero ningun confusion. Para clientes conocedores de santa Cruz estamos exactamente entre la Avenida Tomas de Lezo y Escuadron Velasco. El hotel esta situado donde esta. Cada persona tiene una diferent percepcion a cerca de lo que es molesto ono. Desde que el cliente hace su check in nosotros le preguntamos si desea habitaciones interiores (mas tranquilas) o si le es indirefente. De momento no hemos tenido quejas por el ruido de otros clientes. Quiza usted deberia habernoslo hecho saber que es sensible al ruido. Hubieramos hecho lo posible por acomodarle en otra zona , por ejemplo las habitaciones de las plants de arriba. Por ultimo recalcar que nuestras ventanas si estan insonorizadas.
