Although we had our reservation, we were told the hotel was full. They, so called, had not received the reservation, which we made three days before! Then we were sent to a lousy place on the other side of town. Staff was rather unfriendly.

good place to stay in santa cruz for a few days. secure, downtown location, close to fish market, walking distance to shops, staff helpful in using wifi, arranging taxi, finding things. would stay here again

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights after staying in some real budget accommodations in bolivia, and it was like a little paradise! We had a beautiful, comfortable, modern room with a kitchenette so we could prepare our own food. The whole place is spotlessly clean, and there's a nice little dining area for breakfast. There are cheaper places to stay nearby, but this place is definitely worth the little extra cost.
