Had a nice stay with my family. Location is good and rooms are very clean. Staff was OK. For what you pay I think you get a pretty good deal, don't forget it is a 3 star hotel. Ac in room is very good and breakfast is OK (can't believe scrambled eggs are not included and you have to pay extra 15 bs (about 2 usd) if you want them)

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, a promising and upcoming business district of the city. Very near to a lot of restaurants, malls, and parks. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The lobby is minimal yet functional. The room is simple but spacious, clean, and has a modern feel. The bathroom is also spacious and minimal with complete basic necessities. The window from my room has amazing cityviews. They had great breakfast selection and the restaurant is amazing, it is located in a top floor with great floor to ceiling windows that offers great panorama of the city.

The hotel is situated in a safe and comfortable area north of the 3rd belt of the city so it's well surrounded by amenities like Bars, restaurants and coffee. The room is just big enough for a person visiting for a short period. There is lack of furniture for the clothes but in the overall is clean and has a fresh look. Air conditioning is efficient and silent.
On the bad side, since the walls are thin it's very likely to be disturbed by noises from other rooms or from the dogs barking outside. Breakfast also is in my opinion disappointing. Coffee is from bad to very bad in some days, food selection is poor and the fruit is clearly cheap and some days stinks.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel for business traveler, can be a choice for a couple of friends with a budget since the room has two single beds.

The location is good. The room is clean. Having said that,
The staff is unbelievably unfriendly and has no training for politeness unbelievable for businesses in this day and age, who manages and not trains their staff?? There are plenty of details left out in the rooms for a clear intention to maximize profits. Probably a decent stay for overnighters and quick business stays but not much else. The shower is extremely slippery beware! WiFi unreliable, did i mention the un polite staff?
