We were sad to leave.
The hotel was immaculate, clean and in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city; it offered an oasis of calm.
With only 3 days to explore the temples and beautiful surrounding countryside; it was tricky deciding if we could actually tear ourselves away from the pool.
The staff were extremely professional, kind and friendly, always on hand when required to help organise tours, transport or answer questions.

It was pleasure staying with The White Terrance. The staff of hotel were very kind and co-operative. The food was delicious and beautiful swimming pool for leisure in center of the hotel. The hotel is very peaceful.

I will certainly recommend the travelers to stay with the white terrace during their stay in Siem Reap.

The White Terrace Hotel is a beautiful, tranquil oasis in the bustling city of Siem Reap - just what you need after the long hot days of temple touring. A short bicycle or even shorter tuk tuk ride from the centre of pub street and the surrounding market we found the hotel to be exactly what we were looking for - exceptional value and service away from the noise and crowds of the city, yet still within easy reach of everything we wanted to see.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we had returned home to long lost relatives - the staff are absolutely exceptional, warm, kind, friendly, full of advice and always on hand to help, from the outstanding drivers they recommended and the arrangements they made for trips further afield (Preah Vihear, Beng Mealea and Koh Ker with the fabulous driver named Thy a particular highlight) to anticipating our next drink orders. Everything was spot on. We also learned so much about Cambodia and its culture, and got an insight into local life.

The amenities at the hotel are second to none - a pristine pool, great restaurant with affordable prices, massages on order if you want to really relax and clean, spacious clean rooms with nice firm beds. But keep in mind that this is small boutique hotel, if large five star resorts are more your speed then there are ample to choose from.

We visited last minute in February, arriving a few days before an existing booking at a larger hotel in Siem Reap and enjoyed our stay so much that after we moved on we decided to return on our way back through the city - and so I am writing this review poolside while enjoying a coconut honey shake! With so many hotels to choose from planning a visit to Siem Reap can be daunting but book a stay here and you’re sure to be very happy with your choice.

Thank you to all our new friends at The White Terrace, our trip to Cambodia would bot have been the same without you!

Clean and affordable accommodation! Beautiful pool. Staff are very friendly and very helpful in booking temple tours! Only giving 4 stars as it is out the way and you have to pay 3 dollars by tuk tuk each way into Siem Reap city centre, my boyfriend and I did this every day. However tuk tuks are always available for you for this reason. Food was average could be better the reason why we ventured out most days for food.
