Typical budget hotel. Rooms are clean enough, staff didn't speak very much English, was unable to book bus ticket for us, we didnt spend very much time
at the hotel, decent place just to rest your head at night.

Stayed here for four nights, as two traveling girl friends, and felt very safe. Cheapest accomodation we stayed in, and surroundings did reflect the cheap price we paid, yet, if traveling on a budget what can be expected?

Staff however were extremely helpful, and polite, arranging many activities. We were also provided complementary collection from bus stop, and complementary tuktuk to nearby Pub St and nightmarket, both are within walking distance if visitors prefer walking. Great location near everything, and very safe, hotel just needs a revamp - would however stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I would have been happy to stay for longer. The hostel is close to Pub Street and the nights markets which are worth a visit.

The room was really comfortable and a good price including breakfast.

The best thing about this hostel was the staff. Tep the receptionist was so lovely he even got me a birthday cake and had all of the staff sing to me. He is really helpful and will help you book anything that you want to do or just chat to you if you have some spare time.

The highest praise I can give is whether I would stay here again and I definately would!

Thank you for making my birthday special even though I was so far away from home!

Last year i was in this place. If you are looking for cheap place king angkor villa is the choice. They provide several level of room (with or without air con). The best part in king angkor villa was the staff. You can asked and arrange many tour with Mr. Tom. He is so nice, well english spoken, and helpful with his advice (if you are new and had a first time in Siem Reap). Don't make yourself confused to arrange your tour to Wat Angkor. King angkor villa can provide you the tour guide and also the accommodation. Just asked the "helpful" staff or Mr. Tom.

Room Tip: Arrange your tour plan with the staff, you can get cheaper price

People are very friendly here! Location is also very good, walking distance to the main sights in town. The staff were very helpful with information and even made us breakfast before we left (had a very early start).

The negatives were that there were ants in our room but was not too bothersome. Note that the differences between standard and delux is only a remote control for the a/c! Very cheeky indeed especially since it costs almost double the price. Breakfast service was also so terribly slow. How long does it take to make toast with jam? Around 20 mins.

Overall very nice experience with hotel. Can recommend!
