I stayed for 3 night. (5-8 July).
- Location is great, you can walk to pub street in 5 minutes. Many restaurant nearby.
- Room is very nice.
So, 5 star for it.

But when I came back to my room in the last day, I found that water was not running. I tried to find hotel staff but no one at the lobby, I tried to call but no answer. Imagine, you come back from travel around siem reap all day, the weather was hot, humid and there was heavy rain in the afternoon and you can not get shower in that night.
1 star for this experience.

so average is 3 , bye bye.

This hotel delivers exactly what it promises - good quality rooms, food & service, walking distance to the center of Siem Reap. We stayed for 7 nights. Originally intended 5 nights, but decided to stay on, which meant we got to try 2 different rooms - one downstairs garden room & one upstairs balcony room. Both rooms aside from decorating touches were essentially the same & it's always nice to know that whichever room you have, the quality is consistent. Breakfast has western & Asian options. We tried both and both are good. Olivier, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge about Cambodia & gave us great tips about where to travel next. They don't take big kickbacks & for the sake of 50cents/$1 to get reliable car or tuk tuk driver, it's worth it. What's harder to describe is simply the good vibe and energy this place has. It felt like a proper home base, not an impersonal hotel, and that's what we loved.

Small clean well run boutique hotel. Walking distance to night market, pub street and numerous restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. A small pool to refresh in after a busy day. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice small jewel in Siem Reap.

This house is a small cocoon, very pleasant with a welcome very friendly as in a house of family. Our room(chamber) was very beautiful and pleasant.
The terrace covered with the restaurant where we took our meals seduced us (in spite of the strong heat).
We discovered and appreciated particularly the cooking Khmer at the restaurant. We were faithful to take here all our meals .
We shall not miss to recommend this house (hotel and restaurant) to our friends who can ask from us advice for a journey in the Cambodia.

We researched for accommodation near the city centre of Siem reap and came across the Alliance Boutique hotel. It's just a short 10 min walk from pub street and the night market areas in central siem reap. The hotel and the room we stayed was generally clean. Breakfast was a choice of local Asian noodles or western eggs. Bread was plentiful and it was served with coffee tea and juice. The room we stayed easily accommodated 4 persons with its two double beds. If you're stuck in the hotel, the numerous cable TV channels will more than keep one occupied. The down side is the compound has quite alot of flies and mosquitoes. Especially when the weather is super hot during summer months. Staff were polite and always ready to help. Laundry service is available for usd2 per kg. Overall enjoyable stay.
