A really nice and unusual hotel. Large villa style house with outdoor pool, coffee shop/breakfast area to the side and open plan restaurant in the villa alongside. Very good location just across the river bridge from the old market and away from most of the noise. All rooms are on the back of the villa, away from the street and so are very peaceful. Ground floor rooms have their own small patio areas facing a planted border while upstairs rooms have balconies that look down on the same greenery. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. A good breakfast was provided. Helpful, pleasant staff. We would stay here again.
NB: We hired a tour guide and driver for 2 days to tour the temples and both were very nice people and highly reccommendable. Hall, the driver (+855 12492727) spoke good English, drove very carefully and knew the area really well. Samnang Yean, the guide (+855 89616729) also spoke good English, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history and knew exactly where to take us. Both Hall and Samnang were great value for money.

I spent ten days in this lovely small boutique hotel and felt so at home. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. Prices of rooms and the restaurant are extremely affordable and the hotel is really well situated, 2 minutes walk from the Hard Rock Café and 5 minutes from the central market.

I couldn't recommend it highly enough! Thanks to all the personnel.

Room Tip: Downstairs rooms are ideal for families or people in wheelchairs

I stayed for 3 night. (5-8 July).
- Location is great, you can walk to pub street in 5 minutes. Many restaurant nearby.
- Room is very nice.
So, 5 star for it.

But when I came back to my room in the last day, I found that water was not running. I tried to find hotel staff but no one at the lobby, I tried to call but no answer. Imagine, you come back from travel around siem reap all day, the weather was hot, humid and there was heavy rain in the afternoon and you can not get shower in that night.
1 star for this experience.

so average is 3 , bye bye.

This hotel delivers exactly what it promises - good quality rooms, food & service, walking distance to the center of Siem Reap. We stayed for 7 nights. Originally intended 5 nights, but decided to stay on, which meant we got to try 2 different rooms - one downstairs garden room & one upstairs balcony room. Both rooms aside from decorating touches were essentially the same & it's always nice to know that whichever room you have, the quality is consistent. Breakfast has western & Asian options. We tried both and both are good. Olivier, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge about Cambodia & gave us great tips about where to travel next. They don't take big kickbacks & for the sake of 50cents/$1 to get reliable car or tuk tuk driver, it's worth it. What's harder to describe is simply the good vibe and energy this place has. It felt like a proper home base, not an impersonal hotel, and that's what we loved.

Small clean well run boutique hotel. Walking distance to night market, pub street and numerous restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. A small pool to refresh in after a busy day. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice small jewel in Siem Reap.
