Great quality at very reasonable price. Rooms big, clean and comfortable. Terrific swimming pool to enjoy after a whole day visiting the temples including free wireless everywhere.
The hotel looks complete new, with just 29 rooms, not in the center of the city and therefore an oasis of silence. You can go everywhere by tuktuk without any problem and they offer a shuttlebus in the afternoons to visit Siem Reap's downtown.
The staff si very friendly and nice.
Only two things avoid the 5th star in my rating: Few natural light in the rooms and lack of elevator.

Room Tip: Despite of having only three levels, If you care about stairs up and down, ask for a room in the ground floor. You arrrive a bit tired in the afternoons to enjoy the stairs let me say.

Even that the location was out of center, you can get anywhere by tuk tuk immediately, just by one buck per person. Servis excelent, to relax by pool day or night looks like a fairy tale. Definetly recomend for stay if you are looking for a quiet place out of the center.

I just visited Siem Reap for six nights for the Angkor Photo Festival. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews from Trip Advisor. The hotel itself was nice, clean and homely as other reviewers have mentioned. And I think that if the main reason for visiting Siem Reap was to see the temples and ruins, then this hotel is not a bad choice. The room was spacious, the breakfast was decent and the staff are nice. But there is only two shuttle services into town at 6pm and 8.30pm and one return shuttle at 9pm from Siem Reap. The tuk tuk rides into and out of Siem Reap average US$3.5 each way. As I was going to and from Siem Reap to see exhibitions and evening slideshows, I ended up spending quite a lot of money on transport. And there is always haggling with each tuk tuk driver. So for me, it was not the ideal hotel.

On the plus side, I had a pretty decent massage. The masseur comes from their sister hotel, the Empress Angkor.

And if you are in the hotel, then it is worth the effort to try a meal at ME-MAD eatery.

Myself and hubby really loves this hotel and its hospitality by the staffs. Mr. Saray the General Manager have helped us alot during our first time trip to cambodia..we dont feel as we are customers, we feel more like friends with all the staffs and the General Manager himself. The room is fantastic and the services are tip top. Mr. Saray also recommended us a good place in town for great dinner. The hotel room is huge and the toilet is super clean, and the hotel tuk tuk will always be there if you need one. The garden is huge and beautiful, it is situated near the swimming pool..the hotel is very near to War Museum and near to Angkor Wat as well. Take a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat, it is really an amazing experiece to see the surroundings. This is a brand new hotel, worth a stay...try it and experience it yourself..myself and hubby will definately comeback again to La Tradition D'Angkor Boutique Resort.

Boutique Hotel which is 9 months old with only 29 rooms and still finding their feet. Wouldn't pass up the chance to spend time here. Staff are incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. They are still working on their menu and breakfast is high quality with western and local options. You will not starve. Coffee is drinkable!!! Hard to find in Cambodia. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were a good size with all the mod cons. Children were welcomed and automatically provided options outside the set menu such as hot chocolate. Pool and Bar area extremely inviting and we felt that we could spend the whole day swimming, lazing and drinking cocktails.

No negatives to be found. Although, keep in mind this is a training hotel so there may be minor issues for example English with the wait staff. Overall, you will find this an extremely welcoming hotel where nothing is too much trouble.

Room Tip: No lifts and is three stories. Choose ground floor if stairs is an issue.
