We booked for 4 nights but because we liked the hotel so much we ended up staying 6. Located in a quiet street on the other side of the river to the noisy Pub St. About $1 for a tuk tuk or 10 minutes by foot to the centre of everything. Lovely staff, really nice decor in the rooms. Beds a bit hard for me (my husband didnt mind) but that's everywhere in Cambodia. Lots of orchids around to give a lush tropical atmosphere. Rooms located around the pool so you can just plop in whenever you want. Nice casual atmosphere. Great buffet breakfast OR you can order a la carte. So nice to do your touristy things in the morning and come back and laze around the poool in the heat of the day. One of our best experiences in Cambodia. Well done!

Room Tip: The rooms on the lower level around the pool are the best. I think the 2nd level could get the heat of the day.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, on a quiet road within easy walking distance of all of the night life, markets & restaurants.

We arrived at noon and were instantly please with the hotel. Our rooms weren't ready but the pool was SO inviting we really didn't care (check in is around 2pm). The plants are abundant and give a real sense of privacy and cosiness. The rooms are a good 3* standard. The bathrooms are nice and I always had plenty of hot water.

The Mosquitos are annoying but there are coils & oil burners provided which really help. It wasn't bad enough to detract for the great ambience of the place.

The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice & the cooked options arrived promptly.

I have already recommended this to friends who want a great hotel at a budget price.

Small hotel. Pool got crowded with people quickly and there were limited chairs. Rooms are clean. Has a rustic feel to the hotel. Lots of greenery. Breakfast was below average but it was free. From the hotel it is an 8 minute walk to pub street. Not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget.

I booked a room for my parents and they loved their stay. They said that the staff were very helpful and friendly. My parents had a room on the ground floor and they loved swimming in the pool. The hotel picked hem up free of charge and arranged the driver to visit the temples over 2 days. They also said the location was excellent down a quiet street but near all the shops and restaurants. The wifi was free and a very good connection. They would recommend this hotel.

We were already on the airport just before take of when we realised that we did not book an airport pickup. I used the free wifi on the airport in SH and send an email to the hotel. 2 minutes later this resulted in a kind reply stating

"thank you for your message.

Yes, we will send the driver to pick you up from airport. The pick up is free of charge.

Thank you

Phalla"

This characterize everyday of our stay. F.i. Our 2nd day we asked to rent a bike for the 3 of us to explore the temples. After breakfast we went to the reception and asked if they had succeeded. They were waiting for us. So we asked if we had to pay before, after or we could add it to the bill. The answer was "it's for free, on the house"!!

Only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. It is a buffet style with an additional complimentary free choice of one of the set menus. However this can take quite some time.

The swimming pool area is gorgeous and the size of the hotel makes it really a boutique type of restaurant.

I definitely can recomment this to anyone that likes the layd back style with sufficient luxury.

Room Tip: We had rooms across from the entrance at the "head" site of the pool and we enjoyed the view. But all rooms on the first floor have a view on the pool. Maybe the groundfloor rooms are in that sence less private as your terrace wikl be direct to the path with only flowers in between. The balconies give a bit more privacy.
