The hotel is clean, comfortable. Breakfast are excellent, the options are not a lot but more than enough with very good quality.
Rooms are spacious, with everything you need. Very near to Pub Street.
Swimming pool area is so refreshing after a day of walk.
Totally recommended!

We enjoyed our five night stay at this hotel, just ten minutes walk from the madness of pub street. Although the rooms are a little dated, the staff at the hotel are really helpful and the included breakfast set us up for the day.

We enjoyed our stay, and it was nice to be able to relax around the pool after a hot day site-seeing around the temples.

Across the road from the hotel was the ‘love you’ restaurant - good food, sensibly priced, and supporting a project that worked with school kids. Nice people running the place.

The hotel have an arrangement with several Tuk Tuk drivers and by booking tours through the hotel, you know what the price is.
We had the pleasure of spending time with both Mr Tek and Mr Ravi and they were both brilliant. They were highly professional, safe, and made really helpful suggestions about the best order for visiting different temples and historic sites.

The combination of a comfortable hotel and excellent Tuk Tuk drivers was a winner and we highly recommend both the hotel and the drivers (ask for them by name).

THIS HOTEL IS A DISGRACE..

I booked accommodation for seven people in May 2017 through booking.com. I began my trip in November 2017. Three days after starting my trip, I received an email from the hotel owner advising they were cancelling my booking as they had an offer to book a larger group. After replying to the email, the owner also advised they had received a better rate. In my mind this is a complete lack of integrity. My booking was made SIX MONTHS EARLIER.

They did offer to put us in their sister hotel at no extra charge, but it was much further out of town. I checked booking.com and this hotel was inferior and significantly cheaper than the price they had offered. La Jardin d'Ankor Boutique hotel has the same owner.

Trying to find another suitable hotel for seven people was not something I wanted to do whilst travelling and trying to find wifi over the following days added to the frustration.

Give them a wide birth, BOOK THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK. You may be inconvenienced whilst on holidays.

Room Tip: Good Rooms are in other hotels

We have spend five nights at this beautiful hotel. The friendly staff - all of them - made us feel at home. They arranged several activities for us, a.o. Visit to Phares (kind of circus/acrobatic show; go there, absolute fantastic). Refreshening full sized pool and good traditional massage. Rooms are quite large and excellent beds.
Located five minutes walk from old city.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are all directly connected to the pool.
