We were surprised to find this club/coffee bar/restaurant. The ground floor is a trendy coffee shop; the middle is a cozy sofa-style lounge; and the top appeared to be a club. Tasty food.

Very hip but still down to earth place. Cool decor with great selection of food and drinks, very nice juices and cakes. Great service and atmosphere.

Five of us popped in for dinner this evening.

Very comfortable seating. However, this was quickly offset by being served warm beer followed by three failed attempts to rectify the problem of warm beer:

1. warm beer initially taken away and returned - warm.
2. A small glass of ice was offered to solve the solution - no tongs provided and these were requested. This resulted in the small glass of ice being removed from the table.
3. A large glass of ice was offered to solve the solution with warm beer then being poured over ice.

This solved one problem. The process was then repeated for other members of the party who had similarly been served with warm beer.

This is quite simply unforgivable at a restaurant quite clearly geared to serving foreign tourists!

Four of our party ordered different variants of the several 'stews' on offer. I ordered the beef stew with noodles.

What arrived did not resemble any part of a cow that I have ever purchased. Sinew and gristle predominated and it proved impossible to separate what little meat existed from the gristle matrix with the spoon and fork utensils that were provided. Indeed, land mines would have been more appropriate as cutlery.

Two of my fellow diners who had ordered similar dishes were experiencing similar issues.

The chicken curry would be more accurately described as chicken bone broth and which was reported to lack both substance and flavour.

To balance this review, the coffee wasn't bad and that's all I'd be inclined to order here if I ever returned.

Cool, comfortable, modern, good service, friendly staff and nice coffee. Varied menu and tasty food. Sometimes the music is a little too loud, but staff do turn it down if asked. It is close to the centre of town and next to the river. Do checkout the upstairs seating area too.

Absolutely perfect for lunch! The menu is extensive and the cakes looked great (although we didn't try any) But I would highly recommend the iced teas and smoothies, they were excellent.
