NOTE: This restaurant is in Cartagena COLOMBIA, not Chile.
We intended to go to Porton San Sebastian but mistakenly went to this place -- both are on Calle Santo Domingo, but San Sebastian is on the part that runs perpendicular to the main part of the street, and we didn't see it until after we'd eaten at this place. The food here was not terrible, but was mediocre at best. Ceviche was good. Arroz coco frito was not so great -- it was better everywhere else we had it. Plantain was tasteless. Mojitos were poor -- I think they just passed the rum over the glasses -- and they were expensive! Cartegena beef was basically a very mediocre pot roast, and I'm being generous. The interior courtyard is open to the sky and a pleasant place to eat; too bad the food wasn't better. We were the only patrons -- maybe because it was a Sunday evening, or maybe because it's such a mediocre place.
