This small cafe, centrally located on Cookman in Asbury serves a variety of vegan sandwiches, salads, brunch. It closes at 4, so plan accordingly, and brunch stops about 2 on weekends. My hubby enjoyed his tofu scramble, flavored with turmeric and veggies and on s bagel. My baked tofu sandwich on fresh bread with pesto was also good, and came with salad. Staff is friendly and there is outdoor seating. We will return.

Not being vegetarian, my wife and I don't usually seek out this type restaurant. However we were looking for something light and casual and this place fit the bill. The staff could not have been nicer and the food was delicious. Even the vegetarian "chicken salad" was great. Needless to say we will be back.

was super excited to find a vegan friendly cafe in Asbury, especially because they still serve dairy and fish options for those who choose to eat animal products.. However the food was just mediocre. We ordered the pesto foccocia and sweet potato/quinoa wrap, both of which were very average. The "foccocia" was not the foccocia I know. Instead it was flaky-in-the-sawdust-kind of way, and quite tasteless. Dry too. Inside the two measly slices, was unmelted vegan cheese, literally squares which fell out of the sandwich immediately. There was also a pesto spread, which was actually pretty good, as well as roasted bell peppers, and olives, both of which I'm 95% sure were out of a can. The"sandwich," if one could call it that also cost 9 dollars and was very small. The sweet potato wrap was fine, but really something I could have made at home quite easily. It was a really bland, simple wrap which we felt was small and not worth the $10 price tag. The lemon tahini sauce, it came with however, was quite good. Overall, the food was ok, but based on the pictures of thick, crusty, bread and decent portions, our meal was a poor exception and I'm not sure I would return.

Have been here several times and the food and service have been excellent each time. A nice selection of wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes. Prices are very reasonable and service is great. All the items we tried were perfect - but make sure you try their desserts... especially the brownies and carrot cake.

Friends and I had lunch at this vegetarian eatery and absolutely loved it. Salads, sandwiches, soups, cookies, juice all sooooo good. Would love to live closed to a place this good.
