Superb food in all inclusive offer-you can chose from 5 types of fish specialites, pork/beef/chicken delicious meals, fruits, cakes, ice creams. Everything is fresh and cooked in front of you...

Superb location-rocky beach set just beneath pine forest. We had exelent sleep quality. Superb air and sea quality. Sunbeds can be used at the beach without any additional costs. Also, gym is in the price.

Very good rooms-daily fresh towels and sheets, cleaning lady came every day. Balcony is not as private as I would like, although you can't see your neighbours. Balcony is for 2-3 persons only though. We were on sea side, although we payed for garden view. Pine forest blocks 80% of sea view, but it provides calmness you can rearly experience.

Be aware of "tricks" the hotel staff will try to do to make you pay some extra more. For example, first day we could have taken fruits (few bananas and apples) to our room after dinner, nobody stopped us or asked us anything. Second night the restaurant chief stopped us and made us pay 5€ for few pieces of fruit. Also, you can't drink tap water during any meals, you have to pay for it.

On holiday with my friends and I made a very late reservation to accompany them. This is a resort hotel of kind, with a "all or nothing" approach to service. Hence when I got out of my car I was wondering where to park but it took just 15 seconds before a bellman was attending to my luggage and then he told me where I could park for free. Check in was smooth and I did get allot of good information although not in a overloaded way.
The room I had is facing the "park" that is to say not seaside. Although if you pay extra for seaside, note the hotel is just on the beach and they say seaside and not ocean view, you might get ocean view but most likely pine view.... it is lovely but if you expected ocean view you might get disappointed.
Rooms are clean and with the necessities you'll need. Especially the beach bag with towels was nice.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet style but well cooked and with good taste.
SPA and fitness of course.

I would recommend a visit at the hotel just for relaxation and sun.

We can recommend clean hotel near the beach and with good food. Food is even too abundant. People there really work for guests. They clean rooms, corridors, staircases inside and outside. They work as unobtrusive as possible. Beach is clean; only problem there are possessive tourists, running down and “reserving” their posts, plastic beds and umbrellas as early as possible. Alter these posts are empty half of the day. During the season parking can be a nightmare and guests mainly leave their cars at the parking area for five, six days and they travel less around the island. Going to the Mali Lošinj – city area can also be a problem. You can use small train. It is very expensive this year. Evenings are reserved for children in Vespera and for adults in Aurora. Different musicians and dancers present their shows. They range from excellent to poor. Hotel organizes trips with boats, you can rent bikes or use some sport facilities (if it is not too hot). Inner spa and wellness in nothing special but personnel is kind and helpful. You can't use all different offers in one week. General impression is good, but they can still improve.

Room Tip: Sea view, upper floor; you can hear some music each evening

We stayed here on a Saga Trip form 14th-21st June this is a large hotel and it certainly caters for you about 450 guests, good rooms with a balcony over looks the entertainment area music stops at 11 pm, good sea views good pull down shutters if whish to sleep in a bit, some rooms have a double balcony, very clean towels change on a daily good Wi-Fi and some English programmes on TV if required, meal times are a busy affair with many guest plying around, food was plenty and excellent, with lots to choose from, you have a choice of two swimming pools and spars in and out, We knew there where a lot of steps down from hotel to the sea, but this hotel is not for people that can not walk or do steps, you need climbing equipment on a daily basis to get there, but once down there are some really love walks to do, the boat trip are excellent for the money, Hotel will arrange for you and get you to the port & back, staff are very helpful and very caring, so full marks if you like large Hotels, think twice before you book bare in mind the amount off steps.

Room Tip: Rooms with sea/higher floors good, quitter on the front entrance, but music stops at 11 pm
