The hotel staff were amazing. Rooms very clean and spacious, befitting of a Four Seasons resort. Everything was perfect! Will return for sure.
Thank you for a great stay!

This is the perfect hotel for a family break and ideal if you enjoy snorkelling and diving. The staff are incredibly attentive but not intrusive. The food is outstanding with a great choice of restaurants including fine dining.

We had a two bedroom suit with a sitting room and two bathrooms. The rooms are really spacious and the housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.

We will definitely return!

We went to Four Seasons Sharm for a week for Christmas and i must say, this resort is a little paradise! The service is wonderful and so is the food. There are so many activities and the kids club and activities are so impressive! Staff all speak well and are always ready to help and ensure your comfort. Even the restaurant, during busy hours still cater to most request and are always attentive to the clients needs. Upon arrival the family were warmly received and staff addressed us and the kids by their names as if we were regular or returning clients when this was our first time in Sharm. The suit (Gezira Garden Suite) is beautiful and so well equipped - we had our own washing machine and dryers with all the necessary detergents supplied!

Unfortunately, halfway through the holiday, my kids (2 and a half and 4) fell very ill with a stomach virus and both my husband and I were worried sick. But the staff at the hotel made everything so easy and were so very helpful. The doctor and nurse on site were called immediately and kept attending to us for those horrific 3 days. We will always be grateful to Four Seasons for their help and support during such a stressful time (the kids were put on IV drips for 3 days). We were offered an extra late check out as our flight was only at 6 in the evening and we wanted the children to rest indoors. If there ever is a place to be with children being poorly, it would be the Four Seasons! Once again thank you Four Seasons - we are now loyal clients and will always choose Four Seasons as the place to be away from home!

Room Tip: Ask for the Gezira Suites (2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen and all) when travelling with family... it actually works out cheaper than 2 seperate rooms.

We tried different hotels in Sharm El Sheikh and the Four Seasons seemed to be the only one which is really 5 star hotel. The rooms were big with a high class interior design . The mosaics on the floors were splendid! The gardens and terraces on the territory of the hotel are rich green! There were a lot of activities during the day, e.g. fitness with instructors in the morning (for free) and concerts with belly dancers in the evening. Although the cost per night is very high, so it's better to choose another country to visit and enjoy the same luxury, plus have interesting places to visit not just the deserts of Egypt ...

Hotel is exactly what you pay for:-

5* Food - all restaurants are very good
We had a Family Suite which was huge with all the facilities you could need, my only comment would be that they could do with a little upgrade of decor.
Lots of sunbeds on the beach and pool area.
Swimming pools are heated which is lovely.
Service was perfect not too intrusive all staff acknowledge you.
Good for children - Kid Club.
Gardens are immaculate

The only things to disappoint!

Gym and spa are very old and dated. Treatments were good but the room was sparse and cold.
Some building work going on next door - they are extending the hotel with a new spa and golf course which is set to last 3 years.
Sharm itself, it’s like a bomb site....

Room Tip: Ask for rooms away from the building work....
