We didn’t stay in this place, but the host here are amazing! They are so friendly. They take you for really cheap price around Fort Kochi with tuktuk and all the sight seeing places. We also seen some places where no other tourist were.
We bought some fish at the market and Najee cooked it for us and added some spices. It tasted so good!! Again, he is so nice and friendly.
We ate at the Homestay and it looked really good. They have a kitchen, common area and rooftop.
I would recommend to stay here!!

As soon as we landed in Kochi I was informed by email that the place I booked can not accomodate kids (Zostel FYI). I had to find another guesthouse for 2 days - very nice but above my budget. As we were walking around to find a place for dinner, we met Aaru driving « Le Petit Coquin » and it all of a sudden changed our stay in Kochi - he was super nice - my kids had fun with him right away and that’s how we learnt abt « La Maison des Amis ». We moved there the following day. The price is very affordable and you just feel home. Friendly people, sharing spirit, clean n well maintained rooms, etc. Simple n warm. We are already planning our next stay there! Aaru can also organize tours in Kochi (that we did) or around by auto rickshaw or car. Whatever you need - he will make his very best to help you arrange it. Being very grateful for that Kochi’s gift!
