I stayed for a week in a spacious, comfortable ground floor room. I arrived with broken ankle, was helped up the few steps to reception and then given wonderful care til my flight home. Chef is fantastic, we never ran out of lovely dishes to try. Reception staff were endlessly kind, and efficiently managed my necessary hospital visits, and also a kathakali theatre visit - not easy since I could not put any weight on broken ankle. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Cleaners kept our room spotless, and were careful to help me when I needed to move around the hotel. Thanks so much to all of you, and to Sani and Jon who took me to the airport and made sure I was safely transferred to a wheelchair and on my way home.

Upon entering Tissa's Inn, the striking ambience and cultural stone sculptures immediately captivate the senses. The warm welcome from the dedicated staff ensures a pleasant check-in experience, with no need to worry about luggage as you're guided to your room with genuine care. I had requested an early check-in due to an emergency, and the staff, including Ms. Christina, Ms. Sanitha, and Ms. Shifa, promptly accommodated my needs with exceptional service. The restaurant offers a delightful blend of authentic Kerala dishes and Western cuisine. Our stay at Tissa's Inn was truly enjoyable, marked by excellent room service, thoughtful amenities, meticulous cleanliness, efficient laundry service, and helpful security staff. The easy online reservation process further enhanced the experience. I highly recommend Tissa's Inn to anyone visiting Kochi for a memorable stay.

We liked Tissa’s. Clean and well maintained with excellent service throughout and smiling staff always keen to help. Breakfast was fixed but extras could be asked for. Rooms lovely but a little small. Good rooftop pool.

The only nagging down was the “rules” culture that felt a little oppressive: always hand your key in, don’t drink in your room (this is a ‘dry’ hotel). That said, we would return again.
