I stayed for a week in a spacious, comfortable ground floor room. I arrived with broken ankle, was helped up the few steps to reception and then given wonderful care til my flight home. Chef is fantastic, we never ran out of lovely dishes to try. Reception staff were endlessly kind, and efficiently managed my necessary hospital visits, and also a kathakali theatre visit - not easy since I could not put any weight on broken ankle. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Cleaners kept our room spotless, and were careful to help me when I needed to move around the hotel. Thanks so much to all of you, and to Sani and Jon who took me to the airport and made sure I was safely transferred to a wheelchair and on my way home.

The restaurant offers a delightful blend of authentic Kerala dishes and Western cuisine. We liked Tissa’s. Clean and well maintained with excellent service throughout and smiling staff always keen to help. Breakfast was fixed but extras could be asked for. Rooms lovely but a little small. Good rooftop pool.
The only nagging down was the “rules” culture that felt a little oppressive: always hand your key in, don’t drink in your room (this is a ‘dry’ hotel). That said, we would return again.

We stayed for 3 days, had an amazing time! The hotel is really nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Amenities are complementary. Hot water and ac. Peaceful roof top and pool.
The restaurant is amazing. Fresh sea food If you ask the chief in the morning, he'll get you anything you want and cook it the way you want. He always comes and asks for review, always want to satisfy us. Passionate and kind cook who want to share his knowledge. The waiter is also very nice.
The reception staff is exceptionally kind. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Helped us to book train tickets and good suggestions for places to visit and activities during our stay. Always very smiley and in a good mood, we had so much fun with them. Cleaning maid likes to joke a lot.
We would highly recommend this place. Best one we stayed during our trip.
