Not amazing because it is simply dirty. But there are some nice spice shops and it is colorful. Good for 1 1/2 hours.

A narrow lane of handicraft shops. Many Kashmiri people have shops in this lane. At the end of the lane, you find the Paradesi Synagogue. The old post office bears the stamp of old age. The Synagogue is closed from 1 PM to 3 PM

We took a walking tour of Kochi, and Jew Town was busy and colorful. Many interesting antique shops, and good restaurants.

Basically went to see the reminisce of what ever was left by the Jews. This is the oldest of the Indian Jewish communities in Cochin.Visited a Synagogue and a cemetery.

It is an area replete with old houses taken over by the local people from the Jews . Most of the houses have now curio / artefact shops catering to the tourists .The old Synagouge viz, " Pardesi Synagouge ", is still functioning and being run by the five Jews left in the city . If one is fond of history it's a must visit site .
