We had many good dishes during our 10 days in Bali but Un’s restaurant was by far the best experience. It all starts with excellent service you feel very welcomed the moment you enter the place. The staff is keen on explaining the dishes and giving recommendations for food and wine.
For starters I had Vol au Vents which was better than I had in my last visit to France. But that was just a nice prelude for the main course which was their specialty Red Snapper Fillet. It truly melted in my mouth from the first bite. Also the wine recommendations worked perfectly with the food.
If you are in to good food - and even if you are not – Visit Un’s Restaurant or you will regret it…
