Room, food, and swimming pool are enjoyable. With connecting room we use it really comfortable for all of my family. Parking area should be pay attention, because the space are limited. In general we are happy with this hotel.More
First of all the people in Bali are so humble and kind. They meet you with smile. Our trip was made beautiful by the help of Dian. She was so helpful with out stay. Best visit ever. The hotel has a beautiful pool. The weather was beautiful at the time of our visit.

The hotel itself was great. Clean, spacious rooms, a buffet breakfast with many options and great pool.
Side note: if anyone bumps into Anik, make sure to chat with her. She’s super sweet and shows genuin interest!

Lilik it's wery good . The room also was nice a got free upgrade to room with balcony inside , this is the best experience I got in Bali. Also my family love the pond fishes around the lobby and the people was nice especially lilik, Enna and Dian

In the middle of city very nice and hotel with Natural Environment. The breakfast was ready at given time. Room service was provided as soon as it was needed. Good welcome on the reception. I would really suggest this hotel for everyone and especially for couples.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Zuri Hotel in Bali, the staff were so nice, especially Anik, Pentari, ayu, pasek,chef and susilo! The pool is really nice and quiet and it is located very centrally and easy to get to everywhere I needed to go. Look forward to staying next time I'm in Bali
