Upon arrival at the airport, our driver from Grand Zuri Kuta was already waiting for us at the arrival gate. He was very helpful and patient as we got our SIM cards settled and friendly on the drive to the airport.

When we got to the hotel, Lilik and Dian the receptionists were again very helpful with our questions and gave a friendly welcome.

Our room was tidied and cleaned everyday. With them providing two bottles of new water bottles with each clean. The balcony was a great place to relax and have a drink and chat as well.

However the walls are abit thin, and if you get loud neighbors down the corridor who leave their door open and talk at the top of their lungs at 6am in the morning, YOU WILL HEAR THEM.

But all in all, that’s not the hotel’s fault but lack of common decency from the other guests.

We had a good time there at Hotel Grand Zuri in July 1st week. We were in bali on 6 days tour and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is quite perfect and not much crowded. Staff is responsive and always seeking customer satisfaction. I was not able to book deluxe room because of tourist season in july, asked Dian (hotel staff) to help me out and upgrade the room. I told about the special occasion (1st wedding anniversary) for which I am here. To my surprise they not even upgraded the room in a day but also wished us anniversary with cake and decoration!
They can work on the breakfast quality ( specially if they want to increase indian customers) as the breakfast does not have good options for Indian (veg).

V stayed fr 3nights at this hotel. Their desk manager Mr. Terry was very nice n polite n upgraded us to Junior Suite room on higher floor. It was a superb huge suite room with 2 balcony, 2 32"led tvs n bathtub. Location was good as it was little away from the hustle bustle of crowded kuta street but little far from beach. 2 options of Indian veg food was available but was OK in taste. I will recommend this hotel.
