The front office staff is not at all co-operative, and also they take too long time for Check In and Check Out. My suggestion is this is not a good hotel for Indian Traveller going for Leisure/Honeymoon trip to Bali.More
Very friendly staffs at the reception especially Dian with her sweet welcoming smile,Ganang and Gede Cheche. The buffet breakfast is really awesome in the morning with a variety of food that you can taste. You got to discover the bali culture.The design of the swimming pool is mindblowing. It is unique and you feel like you are swimming in an aquarium. The room is so clean and comfortable.
This hotel is highly recommended.

variety of juices
near to kutaa market
can also rent motor bike cheap rental
helping staff specially Satya
clean rooms and washroom
with all basic facilities

Excellent service and hospitality.Mr. Fery is so humble and polite, Pool is well maintained and hygiene, Recommended for couples. Stay in grand zuri made my trip in Bali a wonderful experience . Cheers !

It's a nice,neat and clean hotel.
Stayed there for one night.
Good for one or two days stay.
Location is good. The hotel could provide more details for transportation,etc.
There can be more of vegetarian options in breakfast.
