Everything was nice, the rooms were nothing special but decent for the value in the area. Largest complaint was that we never seemed to be in the lobby at the same time as the bag handlers or concierge. We carried our bags to our room (not a huge deal) but wanted to check the bags of a visiting friend while we grabbed dinner ... After almost 10 minutes of waiting we just took his bags to our room to hold there while we ate at the restaurant.

The restaurant itself was overpriced - paying only for convenience.

The beach was lovely - need to be there before early afternoon when the tide goes out and you can't do any of the water activities.

My and two of my girlfriends stayed at Nusa Dua, for 4 days, it was the last four days we spent in Bali after being there for 2 weeks. It was such a great way to end our trip.

Hotel: Super classy and sophisticated, the hotel in itself is beautiful. There are many places indoors to take pictures and outside as well. The hotel is part of a strip of resorts and you can definitely visit the other resorts as well.

Staff: Super friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to help us out whenever we needed a taxi, or a good recommendations for things to do.

Food: Breakfast was great, there's also a great pizzeria, with yummy pizza, would totally recommend.

Pool/Beach: It was big, you have to get there early to get a chair, because they go fast. They do have an open area with grass right next to the pool area where you can lay out if there are no chairs available. The beach was super close, and we were always able to find chairs there.

Activities: The hotel has a variety of activities that you can choose from. We decided to go to morning yoga. It was my first time doing yoga, and it was a great experience since it was sunrise yoga. Honestly, I was too busy trying to get my position correctly that I totally missed the sunrise. But if you're a yoga pro, I'm sure you'll appreciate it a lot more. There's also another hotel on the same strip where we went to a bar called the "Rock Bar", it's on a cliff with beautiful views. Do not leave Bali without visiting the rock bar. Gets super busy, so go early if you want to see the sunset from there. We didn't make it on time but we did have dinner and drinks and it was still worth it!

Spa: All I could say was WOW! First of all, we went to spa totally last minute hoping to see some openings, but they were all booked. But they STILL managed to squeeze us in. Not to mention, it was the best massage of my life...hands down! The prices were so reasonable! I loved it. Totally regretted not going there all 4 days we were there!

All in all, a great place would totally stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and tried their best.
Food was below average and its sad to see that night stalls are extremely quite . Sorry to see the hawkers lay out their items for sale night in night out.

Management need to help them and provide a more collective approach to get people in, possibly working with other hotels nearly.

The atmosphere was quiet and not as lively as the other hotels.

Nice... But room size was disappointing as was the noise from neighbouring room. Free WiFi should be included in rooms. Beach was disappointing but pools were nice. There were not enough sun lounges for beach and pools. Otherwise it is a pleasant place to stay.

Great location, very good well maintained room, gardens, grounds and beach beautifully landscaped. Staff friendly and helpful. Themed nights good with excellent choice of food, breakfast very good choice. Only down side was food served in restaurants in the evening which were expensive and poor quality Would suggest taking free bus to Bali Collection (shopping centre) where there are plenty of restaurants.
