The hotel is a very nice and pretty place. There's colorful modern art everywhere and the stuff is always very friendly and polite.
But be aware that the indonesian people also say "yes and sure", even if they didn't understand. For travel planning you have definitely to inform yourself outside of this hotel.
The rooms are comfortable an neat. The beds are cozy and big. (We had a 33qm room.)
The restaurant RoCA is very good! Our waiter learned our preferences (one veggie and one gluten-free), so we didn't had to explain two times. That was very helpful. The food is certainly more expensive than outside, but keen for european standard.
The breakfast buffet is enormous.
In the evening there's always a live-band. You can sing karaoke if you like, but no one ever did, when we've been there.
On top of the roof there's a lovely pool with nice view over the surrounding buildings. You can see small bats flying. There's often Gamelan-music audible from the nearby temple. There's also a SPA area with really good treatments (certainly more expansive than outside, but prices are ok).
The hotel is a central location. The main street is close and the beach also.
