From start to the end this hotel and their service is so good. Room is amazing and they even give to my wife a birthday cake and they prepare the room for our honeymoon.
Swimming pool so good and very central
10/10 recommend .

Stayed hear for 10 days,Pool is cold , bed is extremely noisy wen you move around although not to bad for sleeping, hardys next door but useless now as shelves were 40% empty, i think its going bankrupt, we asked to stay ground floor as we had a baby but got put on 3rd floor but the did move us to 2 x single rooms but we were in a family room.
Family room is only good on bottom floor otherwise little tiny varandah is useless and a huge gap were baby can crawl off edge.
Breakfast was pritty good, heaps of variety.
Anyway visit was ok but wouldnt stay again

We booked a family duplex room for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 10 & 7yrs) and although the room was clean and had everything you would need the beds are VERY hard. We had to ring for extra pillows and softer bedding. The bed frames make ALOT of noise, even just turning over in bed seemed to wake everybody up. The lighting in the rooms wasn't great.
The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had ordered some room service and the plates, ice bucket etc wasn't removed after 2 days and we had to ask them to take it away.
The main disappointed is the noise the hotel creates. You can't do anything about the dogs or roosters in the alleyway next door but the hotel room doors are very heavy and can't close the doors quietly. Everytime one of our neighbours left their room, the door would SLAM shut and it was quite annoying. The walls are very thin between rooms and we could hear conversations on both sides of our room. We stayed here for 6 nights and would only recommend this place as somewhere to stay for an overnighter. The pool is very cold as it doesn't get much sunlight.
The buffet breakfast was good and had everything you would want.

Dear TinaM76,

Thank you for sharing your review in the Trip Advisor and complemented our room cleanliness, central location and the buffet breakfast. We were however disheartened to learn that you staycation experience did not meet up to your expectation. Our Building Contractor and Engineer team fyi, have actually re-assessed the quality of the building, public areas including rooms sounds proof level and it was okayed by the Auditor / Inspector as per the International requirements. We understood though that some guests are very sensitive with different level of noise and therefore if we could have known earlier, we would have suggested a family room which is a favourite room for family. In regards to the room service, it is not of the hotel standard to leave the ice buckets and others for few days, our server would normally advise the guests if needs clearance at guests' convenient time but our FB&E Manager has looked into this matter seriously and we thank you for the information and the constructive feedback.

We do hope we could serve you better on your next visit to Sanur.

Salam hangat,

Sumawati

We had a lagoon access room which would be the only option for us. Its different as thats the only pool that surrounds the rooms, but its lovely and calming and clean just a bit cool (but refreshing right). Great location, small bathroom but neat and clean (no bath but awesome large rainhead shower), breakfast is substantial, 5 minute walk to the beach (which is over rated). The only thing missing is some sort of happy hour to allow drinks outside your room (pool) easier than ordering via room service.

Have just enjoyed 4 nights at The Oasis, we had a lagoon access room that we would definitely recommend. Overall a good stay with a few little details that could be improved.

1. Being charged by the minute to call our driver we thought was a bit tough for a 4 star resort.

2. The small waters they give you each day could also be either increased to 2 per person or be given larger size.

3. Only being given 1 swipe card for the room so if we did things seperatly it was a bit of a hassle. Plus for the past couple of days the swipe card needed to be reset as it didn't work, slightly annoying.

These things aside it was a very pleasant stay, staff are very friendly and attentive. We would stay here again.
