Decent

Four of us stayed here for 5 nights back in May 2017. The staff were nice. Its kind of a pain to get to in a car lots of back roads. Walking to town was about 15-20 minutes so not terrible. Good scooter rental pricing. Food wasn't bad, The villa however was not very clean. It was a lovely open space and had a good pool but the bathrooms were consistently dirty. Maybe they couldn't get much cleaner, I'm not sure, That wasn't the worse part. We kept hearing strange noises and finally realized our house was infested with rodents! When we told the staff they acted like it was no big deal. Could be the normal down there but we were pretty grossed out.

Private villa was amazing, food is ok

We stayed in villa with private pool.

The villa was amazing, you get the privacy you want! Outdoor kitchen was so nice, being able to cut up your fruits outside/by the pool after a dip was a bonus!

Food for us was my least favourite of our stay in Ubud Heaven. Quantity and quality was both disappointing. My partner and I did not get satisfaction from our breakfast. At some point we wanted to get breakfast somewhere else.

Staff were attentive but could do better. In all our Bali stay, they may be the least approachable staff we have come across. Don't get us wrong, we did not encounter rude workers but energy speak louder than words.

Tips: there is a lily and lala cafe across the restaurant, you can get delicious healthy snacks and super yummy fruits!

Perfect for privacy

Very peaceful and quiet place for privacy lovers.. staffs are super friendly... Except for small insects, as villa is surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and trees this place is literal heaven... Location of the resort is bit interior, have to walk quite a distance from main road (except buggy or 2 wheeler, no car can go in that road)... Ideal place for ppl who love to live in peace during vacation ....

Heaven

Gorgeous open plan villas in a beautiful setting. Wish we'd stayed longer. Such a lovely place, I'd definitely go back! Staff friendly and attentive, about a 30 minute walk from monkey forest. Really secluded and quiet, genuine relaxation

Empty restaurant at Ubud Heaven

I have just been into Ubud Heaven (11.20) to order and pay for breakfast or at least a breakfast-type meal. Unfortunately the breakfast time finishes at 10.20 and, although there wasn't another person in the restaurant, the chef and manager made the decision that the chef couldn't cook us breakfast - it was later than 10.20. What kind of business decision is that? To turn away 2 paying customers just because the breakfast hour is over? And to remain idke at the same time?
Well,we will never go back to Ubud Heaven and we will advjse all our friends also to avoid it. By the way, we were served breakfast across the pathway, at Lala Lili, in spite of it being outside of breakfadt hours, and it was delicious.

Dear Stella H,

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry for this case. But just for information for you, the breakfast menu only can serve at breakfast time (6 am until 10.20 am) and if you want to order after that time, you can order with lunch menu if you are not our villa's guest. We tried do that to you, but you didn't want and still strong request for breakfast menu. So what you do is correct to find another restaurant that can provide breakfast menu at 11.20 am. And thank you very much if you will never go back to our restaurant.
