I have spent several holidays in Manado and I always choose Bestwestern The Lagoon Hotel Manado. Not only the location is very strategic but also because of the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also like the very varied choice of breakfast menu. I will choose Best Western hotel Manado for next vacation. ❤️❤️

What a fabulous time our family group enjoyed over 2 nights in 3 Delightfully placed 9th floor Sea-view rooms, over 30 /31st December 2024 and 1 January 2025. A special vote of thanks to all staff who made our stay very memorable. Exceptional

Stayed for 3 nights so far no problems, Nice room, the sea view is very okay. Strategic location. Internet is quite fast. Very fast reception service. Very satisfied with the service, Quite complete and highly recommended for a place to stay on vacation.
