We had a fantastic time in Israel, and our place was absolutely GREAT! The unit was clean, and was everything we expected. The place was clean and inviting. The convenience of being across from the beach was wonderful and made for beautiful views, and enjoyment. It was well furnished and convenient to neighborhood needs, stores, and restaurants.
Advice to travelers....avoid buying basic foods and the local convenience stores as they are very overpriced. Go to local larger supermarkets, like Super Sol, or the AM/PM store a few blocks to the south of the condo. We particularly liked dining at Cafe Joe's and Cafe/Cafe, and Tampopo Sushi. The service and food were great.
They building elevator is unusual as you press for the floor you need outside, rather than inside the car. It was a minor inconvenience if you had to stop between floors..
We also liked that there was a clothes washer/dryer in the unit and that made it easier to pack less clothes.
Overall WE LOVED IT! And hope to stay there again on our next visit.

The instruction papers(for TV, Appliances, etc) were not presented to us on arrival. Had to figure it out on our own)
