treat yourself to a First Class Hotel in Tiberius

I wrote this review regarding the Prima Galil and can only repeat and expand on the comments to say that my most recent visit on Oct 12 - 16 surpassed even the comments in every sphere of "hospitality at its best" - do yourself a favor for any occasion and experience these comments yourself "If you want a "home away from home" to celebrate special occasions - Prima Galil is the address- you will have a magical experience with professional and friendly staff at your service and lovely accommodations and delicious cuisine. This is a first class hotel and has a feeling of warmth and all the amenities of home hospitality at its best. I have been celebrating my special occasion for years at the "northern home" and it is now on speed dial for future years! The view of the Kinneret is a plus also"

Room tip: get a room on upper floor and lake side

Horrible

Unfriendly staf
Early closure of swimming pool
Outdated rooms and facilities.
Lot of noise from the ventilation systems
Dirty.
Inconvenient shower.

Hotel needs a complete renovation both facilities and employees.

Best Birthday Present for Yourself

If you want a "home away from home" to celebrate special occasions - Prima Galil is the address- you will have a magical experience with professional and friendly staff at your service and lovely accommodations and delicious cuisine. This is a first class hotel and has a feeling of warmth and all the amenities of home hospitality at its best. I have been celebrating my special occasion for years at the "northern home" and it is now on speed dial for future years! The view of the Kinneret is a plus also

Nice weekend

Very nice hotel...nice staff.
The breakfast is good basic but tasty.
The room was big,clean .
The bed not comfortable.
The parking is a bit problematic. No private parking.
But over all a very nice weekend we enjoyed

Great stay

We choose Hotel Prima Galil as our “base” for a 3 day family trip in the area. The room was clean and tastful designed. From our large balcony we had a stunning view over the city.
The staff was very friendly and heplfull.
The tasty breakfast was served according the Corona restrictions.
Big thumbs up for the entire staff, as it is propably not easy to run a hotel operation in these “challenging” times.
