We had a view of Sea of Galilee from our balcony and that was the only good thing about this hotel.

The room was very dirty. We found old socks under the bed, there were dust balls on the floor, there was dust accumulating on the hairdryer and there was also dust on the baseboards. My daughter's bed was wet when we arrived. At first, we thought that the linen wasn't dried properly so we had the linen replaced. But when we arrived the next day from our tour, the bed was wet again. So we looked up and saw a leak from the ceiling. They changed the linen again and moved the bed so that the leak won't go on the bed.

The staff at the breakfast hall was very rude and she was throwing the used plates and utensils on her trolley.

There are better options out there.

The staff tried to make it nice, but for $200 per night for the three of us: we did not get what we paid for. While the breakfast was good, the rooms were small, the TV tiny, the condition bad. Lights out in the bathroom, cracks in the wall, missing parts in the shower (which leaked all over the floor), and of course; first look at the towels, they were dirty and stained.
For the price of a decent hotel anywhere else, I expected a lot more, but got much less. The beach near by is rocky, dangerous and filthy.
On a positive note: parking is free, the location is near the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee).
