We had a great stay here on a long weekend break from Dubai. Resort is enormous so it never felt busy and there's lots of places / restaurants to walk around and explore. Staff were super friendly, always making the effort to say hello and offer lifts on the buggies.

We loved the spa, booked massages and didn't realise after the treatment we could stay and use the facilities which included a lovely pool, jacuzzi pool, relaxation areas, day beds etc. It was so chilled and the massages were amazing. Around the resort we found a number of swimming pools and explored the beaches which were lovely and quiet.

Enjoyed breakfast and lunch, we ate too much during the day so didn't get chance to try the buffet at night, it looked good though!

Also loved seeing the giant tortoises - the oldest 'Tank' is about 109 years old, amazing to see!

On the whole the beaches and resort were very clean and well looked after by the staff. That said, we did find a few plastic bottles around the sea and in the mangroves. We collected it and put in the bin, it wasn't much but still a shame to see it, especially with so much marine life around. Would love resorts like this to start reducing use of plastic straws / bottles etc.

Loved the resort though, we had an amazing stay and will be back!

Myself, my husband and son have been here for 5 days already and don't want to go home...ever! This place is a true tropical paradise and everything is 5 star. Special praise to all the staff but especially those in the kids club, Seselwa restaurant, the shuttle bus drivers and the cleaning staff. The two beaches are stunning, as are the many pools. We've enjoyed some amazing food and are looking forward to celebrating Easter here. Would highly recommend for families, not least due to the fantastic kids club staff and program but also the resident tortoises that the kids can feed at 4pm every day.

We visited as a couple in February/March 2018.
The rooms were spacious and well maintained and the grounds were immaculate.
The resort is set on a very large area and spans two bays. Commuting between the two beaches is done with a shuttle which runs frequently.
We did find the restaurant staff to be very surly especially the staff in the breakfast/buffet called Corosol. They seldom smiled and seemed they were generally unhappy with their jobs. In other resorts of this quality, eg Dinarobin in Mauritius, there were waiters on hand to carry your plates from the buffet to your table and always making sure the buffet was restocked (like yoghurt cartons at breakfast time).
The al la carte restaurants in the resort were very good, and bye and large the service good.
The beach cabana which serves light snacks should be avoided! The food was expensively inedible.
The management/guest relations staff of the hotel are very good and they do make sure that your complaints or requests are handled in a satisfactory way.

We had an amazing time at Constance Ephelia and would return without a doubt.
We’re usually not the type of travelers who return to a hotel given there are other places to see, but the service and attention to detail at Constance Ephelia has more than convinced us!
A big thank you to Vatson, Lyana and Inessa! You’ve made our holiday truly special.

We had booked a 10 night stay in a Junior Suite with full board.
Even though the junior suites ate the lowest available room category of the hotel, they are simply beautiful. Our room number is 345 which is at the end of the south beach.
It’s just beautiful and quiet.
All beaches in the Seychelles are public, but given the south beach has no direct access from the roads there are almost no people which aren’t hotel guests.
The north beach is definitely more crowded, but it’s the perfect beach if you want to go snorkeling.

We have stayed in so many resorts and hotel all over the world (Maldives, Australia, Thailand etc), but we never had the level of service we had at Ephelia.
Nothing is too much to ask and everything gets done promptly.
I got my own yoga mat for the room, plenty of times we ordered ice to cool some champagne, whenever we needed more water in the room it was delivered right away.

The restaurants were all surprisingly good, considering everything has to be imported on the Seychelles.
Our favorites were Cyann and Adam&Eve.
Yes, you have to pay extra at Cyann, but it is comparable with many upper class London restaurants and absolutely worth every penny.
The portions in all restaurants are very big and you will never leave starving. We definitely recommend booking full board.
If you get up early, go snorkeling, swimming and maybe to the gym, you’ll be hungry. Be aware though that even when you book full board you will have to pay extra for the drinks and it can get expensive over time.

The Spa is beautiful and facilities can be used for free between 10am and 2pm every day.
Definitely have a Balinese massage here, they are pure bliss!
The only two things we would like to recommend to the Spa management is to not allow photography or video taking in the area in order to respect everyone’s privacy. Also it would be great if some of the noisier visitors can be reminded that noise is not welcome/appropriate at the Spa. No one wants to hear other people yelling whilst having a massage. That’s definitely not relaxing!

During our stay we had two little hiccups, but when mentioning it to guest relations (Inessa) everything was rectified immediately. Thanks again for our dinner at Cyann, we did not expect this!

As you can see we absolutely enjoyed our stay and everything you need or want will be done for you. It is a truly special place with special service!

Today is our last day and we are very sad to leave. We’re looking forward to another delicious meal at Cyann tonight and we will be back to the hotel!

We were a little worried, because the Ephelia is a quite big resort. But it spreads over a very large area with two beaches. There are five restaurants, a spa, fitness, kajak, climbing, zipline, diving and much more. We never had the feeling that it was crowded, since everything is spread apart.
In order to manage the distances, e-shuttles are constantly cruising around, ready to take you to any place in the resort.
The room (Junior Suite) was very nice with a balcony. Beachtowels are also provided to the room every day.
Everything was very clean and the staff, with very few exceptions, friendly and helpful. The food is good too, with a wide variety for every taste.
