Hotel staffs provide excellent service and very helpful too. Besides, the location is just next to shopping mall and is the center of the city. Besides, hotel provide good choices for breakfast. Will continue be my first priority of choice in Hatyai.

From the center, it's past, and on the same side of the street, as Hatyai Central hotel, just after a small stationery shop. There are two large Chinese temples on the opposite side of the street. It's before the Sakura hotel.
The stewed pork (kao na moo) is also delicious. There is a full menu of standard Thai dishes, almost all are B50. Portions are very generous. There are "pointing enabled" (if necessary) photos of the dishes on the wall.
The restaurant is clean and air-conditioned and the hosts are kind and attentive. My wife and I eat there regularly.

Bed is comfortable & room is cosy & clean but toliet too small & cramped for a standard room. Staff at front desk is friendly & polite. Good location & easy access to shopping mall at level 5 . Central festival

The hotel location is in the center of city, surrounding by mall, street foods and markets. I'm lucky when staying here in New Year Eve, just step fm the hotel a stage of 2020 New Year count down been held. Hotel lobby atmosphere nice with friendly and helpful staff but the room a bit nasty. I was stayed for 3 night 4 days, on check in day 1st when entering my room, the room smell a bit stinky and supprise me when sleeping in the night, seems the bed linen not changing yet coz stinky smell and found hairs on the pillow. But I was too tired for complaining coz late night already. On the day 2nd seems the bed linen has been changer coz stinky smell gone already, by the way bathroom floor and sanitary closet yellowing with someone poop still sticky on the closet wall, I'd tried to flush with water sprayer but it can't so nasty. The towels changing one only instead of two towel everyday. Needed to improving housekeeping skill.

Love that the rooms are quite sound proof so I can have peaceful stay in the room. Air-con is very good and buttons to adjust the temperature and wind level. Location is central with many eateries and shopping. Although there are many hotels around, Centara seems to be the only hotel with a drive-in for cars so easy access. The buffet breakfast is worth the value with a good spread. The only complaint is that the shower area doesn't have a door so the toilet floor will be very wet after bathing.
