it would have been perfect if my stay had been in higher floor and nearer to my companion room..
Room is pretty clean, except that windows outside needs to be clean, it will obstruct the view when we take pictures.

This is our second time staying here at Centara Hatyai. The hotel location is very impressive as always. The hotel is still superb comfort. But this time needs a little improvement about room cleaning, we found some hairs on the floor in the room.
The staff are superb good, especially Mrs Kanika, Supervisor GSA, and Mrs Rohana at front desk, they are very attentive to our needs! The most important thing is, they are very polite to the customers. We were very impressed!

Location of the hotel is superb. Near to ammenities.. shopping areas... markets.. halal foods are everywhere. All within walking distance. The hotel itself have good cafe and eatery area. The staffs are friendly and very helpful

Front office team are so great. They can support everything I need. Especially Ms. Nachanok. When checking in, she provided all the check in information easy and clearly. Have any enquiries, she always respond on time. I'm really enjoy staying at Centara Hotel. ☺️

A Muslim friendly hotel and at the heart of Hat Yai town. My wife and I enjoied staying there. Security for our motorcycles are excellent too. Staffs there are friendly as well. My wife also love the cooking lesson at a reasonable fee. Well done!

Would like to command about the room paint, need to touch up some painting on the toilet door and the cabinet. The shower cubicle fix a glass door will be more useful. Toothbrush and plastic laundry bag must replace everyday.
