This is the best and only place when we think about family gathering buffet night. Good quality and variety of food, friendly staff (special thanks to Mr. Jirayut and his staffs for all times very special service.), and best surrounding.
We will always come back to Ginger restaurant for dining buffet.

The hotel located in the best location in Hat Yai easy access to other transportations. We stayed in Deluxe room which was very old, toilet water was leaked, not good at all. However another part of “room” was nice for me. Breakfast was really impressive better than I expected, better than other Novotel or Centara hotel.

The best location for Hat Yai, step out and you're in the center of markets, food and shopping! The atmosphere is amazing, and the service at this hotel is one of the very best I've experienced in Thailand. Truly loved the porter, excellent service and always with a kind smile waiting for us. Will we return? Most definietly!

Cons:
- If there's anything I need to point out, it would just that maybe the room was a bit old (e.g the walls and the carpet), if they renovate the place it would just be PERFECT.
I cannot speak for the breakfast, pool nor the fitness center since we did not use any of the facilities. But the buffet looked nice! :)

Hotel is in downtown. Downstair is Central Shopping Mall and Tops SuperMarket. Services from staffs were great. Breakfast is excellent, with various kind of food and drink. The room is spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean. Very comfortable to stay. It was my fifth time.

Hotel is closed to the markets, restuarants and shopping malls. Its facilities are convenient. Staff are warmed welcome and service minded. Breakfast buffet serve variety of food and beverages, both international and local dishes.
